On a weekday at 11:30, I visited without making a reservation. I took my usual counter seat. This time, I ordered the pizza and a Margherita Buffa. It looks simple, but the Margherita is delicious no matter where you eat it. The Mozzarella from water buffalo cows is also delicious, even the part around the ears. For Dolce, I ordered Sforzata. The pastry here is crispy, and eating it with ice cream is absolutely delicious. It's a truly happy time. This month ends, and my long-term business trip that lasted about a year is over. I won't be visiting here as often as before, but I will definitely come back. Thank you for the delicious food.

Without a lunch set, I couldn’t get salad and coffee with my meal, which was quite disappointing. So, this time, I chose Ostrike for 1980 yen as a single item. Ostrike is made from oysters from Shidō Bay, topped with spinach and smoked mozzarella cheese. The oysters are of a manageable size, and they are well-seasoned. The combination of the oysters’ crisp texture and the aroma of the smoked cheese is truly delicious. I’ll definitely come back on Saturdays when there’s a lunch menu available. Today, I had the Quattro Formaggi with golden oranges for B-lunch, and in addition, I ordered Sforzata. The Quattro Formaggi uses golden orange marmalade instead of honey. The combination of cheese is truly harmonious, with a gentle sweetness that stands out. I really enjoy the flavor of blue cheese that comes through the crust. The Sforzata is known for its crisp and crunchy texture. When paired with vanilla ice cream, it truly brings a happy feeling. I highly recommend trying it. Thank you for the delicious meal.

Reservations were made on Sunday noon. For the pittas served today, I had Margherita with cauliflower and salsiccia at B-lunch. It was exactly as described in the menu: the light bitterness of the cauliflower paired perfectly with the juicy salsiccia (Italian sausage), making it extremely delicious. As an appetizer for this B-lunch, there was 鮫馬肉. I’m always amazed by the combinations of appetizers here; it’s really enjoyable. Thank you very much for the treat. Visited at 11:00 on Sunday. We ordered the "Ichijiku's Quattro Formaggi" pizza for today. The sweetness of the ichijiku cheese and the saltiness of the gorgonzola cheese complemented each other perfectly, making it a truly delicious meal. The small dessert offered through the restaurant's app or as a reward for friend referrals was made of marron ice cream. It also had an excellent flavor of chestnut, and it was very delicious. The Margherita looks simple on the surface, but it's delicious no matter where you eat it. The mozzarella cheese from water buffalo cattle is also delicious, even the part near the ears of the cheese. Every time I visit, I notice that although the types of Margheritas vary, I always end up eating only Margheritas.
