The tender and creamy texture of mussels, combined with the crisp vegetables included in the marinade, is absolutely exquisite.
The crispy texture of the dish pairs perfectly with a refreshing sour taste. It immediately lifts your mood from the very first bite.

The aroma of the lamb's rich flavor spreads as you chew, along with the richness of the sauce—it’s so exquisite that you can't help but fall into silence over its deliciousness.
The lamb chop with its beautiful roasted color and a subtle aroma of spices is a dish that adds an unique, rich flavor, including the savory taste that comes from the bones.
