Since senior is a neighbor of mine, I've been coming here for about two years, including those times when I didn't post any reviews. It seems like this has been my regular place of visit for quite some time.
Inside and outside the restaurant are festive flowers and customers who seem to be regulars, making it a lively space even more so than usual.
Although I was abstaining from alcohol during the fasting period, the restaurant gave me a welcome gift: champagne and a dish! I’m so happy, and this dish of beef is absolutely delicious!
After that, the senior drank red and white wine, while I enjoyed tomato juice, pickles, cheese rolls, marinated octopus and avocados, beef tendon stew cooked in red wine, and spicy vegetables. Every time I think about it, all the dishes on the menu are friendly and delicious.
This time, we mainly had appetizers and didn’t go for pizza or similar dishes. But every time I visit here, I always think to myself, “I’ve never eaten pasta here before.” So that’s something I’ll do next time.
In addition to the satisfaction in taste, its location near a busy street makes it compact and cozy. The service is also excellent, making it an truly great Italian restaurant.

The world is in the midst of summer vacation. After work, I visited with a senior colleague.
From the usual counter, to a table seat.
The interior of the restaurant is already filled with customers who seem to be locals or tourists. Seats are quickly being occupied.
The senior ordered a classic red wine, while I started with tomato juice due to my alcohol abstinence period.
The dishes included pickles, spicy potatoes, ajillo, potato salad like a gratin, beef sagari, and all the other items that I have enjoyed before. A comprehensive order.
Even without alcohol, the appetite remains unchanged. The food is eaten more and more, and for the final course, this is another classic quattro formaggio. The combination of cheese and a soft-textured dough made with honey is truly outstanding.
The senior ordered the usual gin tonic after the wine, while I chose tomato juice again.
In a time when the heat makes it hard to have an appetite, it's nice to eat plenty of food and enjoy a happy moment.
It's a blessing to have an Italian restaurant of this quality within reach from my workplace. I must express my gratitude for that.
As usual, I completely forgot to take photos (laugh)

After finishing the big job with the senior, we had a light party. The seats were the usual counter seats.
“This one, did you order it?” I really want to say that. It’s a baked polenta-like dish, an octopus and mushroom ahijón, and of course, the main attraction—a Quattro Formaggi after a long time. Pair it with beer and wine.
According to the senior, “It's really delicious.” “It's a great opportunity to find a restaurant of this quality in our neighborhood.” I completely agree with that.
Pizza doesn’t have to be perfectly round, and that adds a nice touch. The contrast between the unique cheese aroma and the honey is absolutely outstanding. The red wine was a different variety from usual, but it was still delicious.
All the dishes were delicious, and I enjoyed a moment of relaxation and happiness in a wonderful place. I will definitely go there again.
Perhaps it's because of the sense of relief from a tough task that I forgot to take photos for a long time.

After finishing a party where everyone was in the work mode until the first meeting, I left. The senior colleague who ate delicious food at Hirao met me at the rainy Tsukushi entrance. We headed towards this restaurant together.
Even on weekends, there are customers both at the counter and at the tables.
The atmosphere inside the restaurant, as well as the staff members, are very gentle and approachable. This is what makes this place a comfortable place to be.
Sitting at the counter, both of them chose red wine, just as they did before.
I can feel the deliciousness of the wine, and I finally feel like I've grown a bit more mature, able to appreciate the flavors properly.
Since my stomach was already full, I ordered a lighter version. The marinated dish included plenty of octopus and avocados. It was a bit unusual, but since I like avocados, I’m happy about this choice.
After that, the senior drank gin tonic, while I consumed white wine and lemon soda. From time to time, I glanced at the menu. It seems that I haven’t eaten much pasta here before… I thought about trying it, but decided to hold back for now, considering my stomach’s needs. Let’s wait for another opportunity.
The senior was also present in his hometown the day before, which was quite agreeable. It’s a very friendly and warm place to dine.
I will definitely come again.
Photos were taken again, but I forgot to take more photos again.

After dining with the customers, we moved to Higashi Hime in the hometown.
Although I was already full, I was intrigued by the comment from the senior member saying, “This red wine here is really delicious.” That’s why I chose this restaurant as my choice.
I was pretty drunk, so I forgot to take photos.
Sitting in the usual seat at the counter with my senior, enjoying red wine with pickled vegetables as our meal.
I don’t really understand the theory behind this, but personally, I prefer red wine that is also chilled. It feels refreshing and it definitely tastes better when it’s chilled.
Pretending to be an adult, they sipped red wine in small amounts, while conversations continued.
I asked for another drink, as there was still some time before the train would arrive. This time, it was another refreshing Gin Tonic.
I felt a bit guilty for visiting this Italian restaurant mainly to drink, but then I thought it would be nice to try the two of us favorite cheese and honey pizza next. So, I left the restaurant.
Next, we need to continue with the meal.

Third visit, but first post.
Just want to have a light drink again, so once more I'm listening to my own whims. Visiting with the senior colleague.
I was the first to arrive, so I sat down at the same counter as last time. As the senior said, “These chairs are really nice.” Not only are they stylish, but their shape and materials are also excellent. Great sense of design.
First, I ate some pickled vegetables. Due to the busy situation here, I had days where my protein intake was literally minimal. So, in order to replenish my blood supply, I ordered a beef sagari steak and spicy potatoes.
Beef Sagari is easy to eat, and it seems like the strength will return soon. As expected, the potatoes have a spicy flavor, which is a great change from the usual offerings. This is also very good!
Regarding the alcohol, the senior gentleman chose red wine. He even shared a comment saying, “I’m not exactly what people think of as ‘red wine’.” We both laughed at that, and I opted for gin tonic or happy hour drinks instead. In the end, both of us decided to have champagne, but in different order… lol.
According to the senior member, “this red wine here is really delicious.” So, I’ve developed a little interest in it. However, I’ll save the wine for a day when it’s not very popular.
I also wanted to try Quattro Pizza, but after discussing it with my stomach, I decided to wait for another opportunity.
It’s a very easy place to enter, even for those who come alone. The staff, the interior decorations, and the food are all things that make this a pleasant place to be.
