On this day, I had the privilege of attending a barbecue event with three wonderful female reviewers from Roppongi. m(__)m
From Tokyo Metro’s Roppongi Station, we headed towards Tokyo Midtown, a little bit ahead, into a alley on the right.
At first glance, it was impossible to imagine that a barbecue restaurant was located on the second floor of a building. That's where the restaurant "Yakimaru 433" was situated.
I arrived quite early, and what greeted me was not a typical barbecue restaurant at all. It was a private room with a truly luxurious atmosphere Σ(´∀`;).
Until the ladies arrived, I felt nervous and restless. But by the time everyone was together, I became much more calm. (Laughter)
I ordered the "Kirin Premium" straight from the source, priced at 740 yen. Cheers! (*^▽^)/□☆□\(^▽^*) Cheers!
After that, I ordered a fresh lemon sauerkraut for 700 yen, and a corn tea highball for 600 yen. During this time, the dishes I ordered that day were…
① 3種類のキムチが盛られた料理、540円
A combination of three types of kimchi: bok choy, radish, and cucumber.
It was perfect for beer! (^^)
②チョレギサラダ 880円
The food was prepared in portions corresponding to the number of people present.
Please start with vegetarian first before enjoying meat (*^^*)
③ Mixed Namu 980 yen
This dish features ground meat mixed with other ingredients, a style that I have never had before.
This was served with beer, and I really wanted to put it on my rice and eat it together (*´艸`).
④ 焼きユッケ 1個 480円
With soy sauce, sesame, and white radish onions added to the yellow meat, it results in an absolutely delicious dish.
I would also like to put this on top of the rice, lol.
⑤ 肉の組み合わせ その1
The grilled meat is highly recommended by the restaurant; it was served as a set meal! Σ(・ω・ノ)ノ!
Levers, top-quality beef fillets, shaddock-brienne fillets, premium halem beef, zabton – such luxurious ingredients bring me maximum excitement.
And it's thanks to the great reviewer and host who spent almost all their time baking these delicious dishes, right? m(__)m
The levers were quickly grilled, then mixed with sesame oil. As it moved down my throat, uhh... it melted in my mouth.
It's truly a piece of tenderloin. Simply squeeze lemon over it, and that bitey texture along with the umami flavor that bursts out every time you chew it... absolutely delicious! (*^.^*)
I compared eating the fillet meat with rock salt and wakame. It truly had an exquisite taste, as expected (*´з`)
Deservedly called "special selection", this harami is truly delicious.
Zabton was impressive with its beautiful sash.
⑥ 肉の組み合わせその2
The order was completely hassle-free, so I was surprised when the second serving of the side dishes appeared.
This is a set consisting of ichibo, shinshin, kamenoko, Tomosankaku, and lamp.
From here, I enjoyed the red meat by serving it with egg yolks and a sauce made from radish. (*´з`)

⑦三元豚のトントロ、ホルモン
Tontro rolled chili sauce and garlic with seaweed, and enjoyed it as if it were samgyeopsal. 【~ (・・) ~】
The organ meats here also have high-quality fat.
⑧コムタンスープ 100円 + ご飯 250円
Since there were 4 people, we shared the 3 types of set dishes (laughs).
The white, cloudy soup made from stewed beef tail contained the concentrated umami of the meat (≧▽≦).
⑨ 肉饭 820日元
This dish features rice mixed with meat, vegetables, and a special sauce known as "secret sauce."
This was also delicious. (#^.^#)
⑩Cold Noodle 1, 200 Yen
Also, cold noodles.
A delicious texture, a smooth mouthfeel, easily enjoyed (*´▽`*)
I was fortunate to have wonderful companions, and it turned out to be a truly satisfying meal of meat. (`・ω・´)ゞ
