Today, I heard that there are delicious restaurants in Takayama City. So, I visited the "Minavita" restaurant.
Located throughout the city of Takayama, it’s a pleasure to have fully equipped parking spaces. I visited at 18:30 on a weekday, and there were no other customers; it was a private space for me alone.
The menu offers a variety of dishes, including appetizers, pasta, pizza, risotto, and meat and fish dishes. Since I came with my partner for two people, I ordered a shareable set. For pizza, I chose Gorgonzola; for pasta, smoked salmon and avocado cream pasta; and for dessert, pudding and cake.
The interior of the restaurant is bright and beautifully decorated.
After a short while, the colorful salad and the platter of appetizers were served. The salad was dressed with lemon-flavored dressing, making it even more refreshing compared to a fresh salad. The platter consisted of four different types of appetizers, each of which was delicious. The ability to enjoy various dishes in smaller portions is really convenient. I really liked the balance between the sweet and sour flavors of the marinated ingredients.
続いてアヒージョが届きました。アヒージョには、しらすとネギが入っています。熱々をバケットに塗っていただきます。程よい塩味がたまらないです。バケットの枚数が、もう少しあると嬉しいですね。
Next is the Golgonozora Pizza. We serve it with honey. The saltiness of the cheese and the sweetness of honey blend perfectly, making it extremely delicious. I really want to eat this regularly.
Next is the roast beef that the restaurant recommends. It comes with a sauce made from wakame and ground mustard. I really liked eating it with wakame and salt on the table; it helped to fully appreciate the flavor of the meat. The more you chew, the more flavor seeps out.
Finally, there’s a pasta with smoked salmon and avocado cream. The pasta is thin, and the sauce adheres well to it. The cooking level of the salmon is perfect; it becomes soft and tender.
Although it seemed a bit expensive, the food was extremely delicious. It seems that the lunch options are quite affordable, so I really hope to visit again for lunch. Thank you very much for the hospitality.
