Upon arriving at the restaurant, there was an extremely long queue. It was mentioned that it was okay to wait outside, so I provided my name and the number of people, and then I waited by the pool.
After a while, I was directed to a table surrounded by a grill, arranged in a horizontal manner. The front part of the table is glassed, allowing a view of the sea.
Breakfast is served in a buffet format.
Here, you can enjoy shabushabu made with aguro pork. The meal is served as Okinawa soba—just like last night (laughs).
The soup changes daily, according to the menu. Today, it’s a salted dashi-based dish. The mild broth is really comforting. It’s great to eat plenty of vegetables.
Setting a pot instead of a grill for grilled meat... I see, that's very convenient!
On the buffet table, there are various items including fish and egg dishes, as well as zukuri salad, champurro, polo balls, and more—so many choices make it a delightful and enjoyable experience.
Since morning, I've been full from delicious meals served here.

We traveled from Ishigaki Island to Okinawa Main Island and stayed at the Kafuri Resort Fuchakunodo Hotel in Ena Village for two nights with a breakfast package.
I checked in to relax in my room. Since I felt a bit reluctant to go out, I decided to have dinner inside the hotel.
From the tablets installed in the rooms, you can check the congestion levels of each restaurant and make reservations.

Appetizers include a combination of Ryukyu Namul, kimchi, and Choli Gisa salad made with island tofu.
4種類のナムルはどれも美味しかったです〜一気に食欲が戻り、お腹が空いていたことを思い出しました。
The meats include salt-marinated boneless beef, prefectural-produced Wagyu roasts, prefectural-produced Wagyu karubi, and Yabanaru Island pig Agu karubi.
All of them are very tender. The fat is just right—not too greasy, yet still juicy. You can truly experience the flavor and sweetness of the meat and its fat. Especially the thick-tender beef tenderloin was delicious.
The rice is a stone-baked mini biteable dish ← It's not even remotely a mini dish!
Two people can share half of it; that's more than enough.

The hotel we stayed at this time is a massive resort hotel with a total of 333 rooms, consisting of three buildings: the hotel building, the condominium building, and the annex building.
