I had dinner with a friend I met in Shibuya, and since it was getting late, we decided to just have dinner and then head back.
Just as I was passing through the 4th floor of Mark City on my way back, I felt like eating soba noodles, so I decided to enter and give it a try.
・“Cold Mory Soba”を2つ注文しました
The soba has a strong chewiness, and as you bite into it, its flavor and aroma spread throughout your mouth. It also has a pleasant throat feel.
The noodle soup had a richly flavored broth. The soy sauce had a strong saltiness to it, but since it had been dried and salted beforehand, there was no issue with that.
And, I also received soba soup.
In those humid and hot days, oshirukemaki is a great choice. It can be eaten quickly with cold noodles, providing a good source of salt intake.
Also, I’ll come again.
