“石垣牛会席”,真是令人兴奋啊^_^

・Zourei – Vanya (Spareribs Sauce made with Seaweed)
・鍋物名:垣牛出汁しゃぶ(幻の和牛サーロイン使用)
(Onions, Shallots, Green Peppers, Yellow Oranges)
Seafood: Eel fried, shiitake mushrooms, green onions, and a delicious salt sauce.
・Meals: Kinjo Inada Udon (served with tuna and mung bean milk)

From the grilled dishes, there’s Japanese sake.
First of all, Yamagata comes from "Koshin Genshi" ^_^ It's really delicious.
And finally, it’s about the Ishigaki beef.
Frosted surface makes eyes happy

Delicious ^_^ The match with the broth is outstanding.
And, the next sake is my favorite—"Ibanezima".
