Restaurant Review: “Taku-an” ✨✨
A Japanese-style izakaya located near the Yotsuwa 3-chome Station. This is a restaurant that has also received Michelin Bibuglman awards, so I was very interested in visiting it. I’ll give it a try.
This restaurant opened in June 2010. It is located just two minutes away from the Tokyo Metro Tsukuba Mitsuko Station. The interior of the restaurant is very clean and tidy, resembling a traditional Japanese izakaya. It seems that the restaurant is run by a married couple. The scallops have a thick and juicy texture—what could possibly be going on there? However, it's just a new experience in terms of texture and flavor. The taste is indeed solid. It's an excellent side dish that goes well with alcohol. Quite ingenious, really. I think it's a good choice.
⚫唐揚げおろしポン酢 1,500円
Fried chicken from Da Mountain. I see! Only a first-class chef could serve such a dish. To make the flavor of the local chicken truly evident, the sauce should be light in taste. The marinating process is exquisite. It's great to have separate sauces of yuzu pepper and chopped ponzu vinegar.

This restaurant serves organic Koshihikari rice with pork loin with skin—a truly remarkable offering! At this level, such a dish is rare. The pork loin is carefully marinated to extract all its flavorful juices. Moreover… the rice is delicious! This is something that not many restaurants can offer at this level. It’s quite hard to find something like this.

Foodies would surely think, "Oh—" this is a sophisticated restaurant (*´ェ`*). The dishes are delicious, and it's definitely an ideal place for those who love fine food and alcohol.
Japanese cuisine can be enjoyed at various restaurants, but yakiniku restaurants have their own unique ways of preparing food, which make them truly enjoyable. I believe these are good places to go if you want to experience authentic Japanese food. Enjoy your dinner! Thank you very much m(_ _)m
