Hello, I'm Takemasa Yamaoka.
The moment I saw the name "Tankan", memories from my university days suddenly came back to mind.
At that time, I lived in Matsuhara Residential Complex in Saitama. I would often gather with my friends and spend the night talking and drinking. Those days, those gatherings were truly places for making noise and having fun.
I have been given a lot of help by Tannokusan!
Was it due to that time's comfort and the series?
During my university years, I was able to hear many requests from people, and even when there was noise around, they would keep their eyes closed.
I think that without delicious food, one cannot truly describe their student life.
But today is different.
I was able to spend time drinking in a relaxed manner. It was also a moment when I suddenly felt like an adult.
This restaurant offers private rooms, creating a comfortable atmosphere for drinking in peace.
I feel like it has changed quite a lot compared to that time.

Chilled Tomatoes
Delicious and smoothly absorbed flavor. Simple, but such a dish is what you really want to have first.
Next is the pot
Rich in vegetables, as the heat increases, the flavor of the soup gradually melts into it, creating a gentle yet satisfying taste.
Sweet Ebi Sashimi
It's a sticky, sweet taste. A little lemon adds a crispness that enhances the flavor.
Fried dishes include fried octopus and fried chicken legs.
The crispy crust, along with the lemon juice squeezed on it, really helps to enhance the taste of the alcohol. The high quality of the fried foods is also a pleasant aspect.
College days were places of noise and excitement.
The current restaurant is a peaceful place to relax.
This place can truly be called my "Another Sky".
It has become a slightly special night, where such feelings can be experienced.
