First, we will cook beef teriyaki... It is about 5 mm thick and slightly frozen. However, the 8 slices are not perfectly uniform in shape.
I asked to turn down the fire a little, and then I started the cooking process carefully.
It feels like there is a moist, fatty texture in this meat. The meat has a moderate chewiness and a decent umami flavor. The price-performance ratio is quite good. However, it seems like the meat was partially frozen before being prepared... But when cooked, it melts well, giving a nice texture.
“豚ホルモン”・・・薄くなった質感、柔らかい脂身が少ない部分、旨味は弱く、まずまずです。
The sauces on the table are labeled "homemade" and "Lower Town Special"... The "Lower Town Special" has a slightly sweet flavor, so I prefer the "homemade" option.
Is it because of current anti-cheat measures that no seasonings are placed on the table at all? Or will they provide them if I ask for them?
In that case, I would really like a little announcement. Especially since the dish doesn’t contain salt or chile at all, it seems rather impolite.
With its affordable pricing, it’s the perfect environment for a light barbecue meal!
