The "Chūzenn" restaurant that was operating in Hanazawa-cho has renovated its home in Umegaki-machi.
Since it reopened, I visited at noon.
By the way, the phone number of the restaurant remains the same as before the relocation!
I have known "Naoshin"-san since ancient times, but this is the first time I have visited him.
But this time, since it doesn’t face the road, I think it will be extremely difficult for locals to find it.
Why did I come across this place? Well...
Because we always have the antennas turned on, the sensitivity is extremely high. (Laughs)
Since there is no parking lot, I had to use my brain a bit.
Perhaps there might actually be something like that, so it's better to check for sure.
The interior of the restaurant has about 8 counters.
The chef seems a bit intimidating at first glance, but once you talk to him, he's actually a very friendly person (^_^;).
The lunch portion of the dishes ranges from 800 yen to 4,000 yen.
I chose it simply for convenience—it costs 2,000 yen (excluding taxes).

This is not soy sauce.
Apart from ikura and kombu, the ingredients are cooked together. The sweet sauce is applied to the northern-style noodles.
The size of the bite is such that even women can take a full mouthful at a time.
Shari has the right amount of vinegar, and it also has a slight sweetness. It's a version designed for Hokkaido.
The way it is gripped by the hand makes it fall apart into pieces when it enters the mouth, which I personally really like.
The ingredients were generally mediocre. However, the tuna, kaneko, and other seafood dishes from Kita-ke were particularly impressive.
Depending on the recipe, the vinegar used might be a bit stronger.
Total of 11 kens, with miso soup included. For this price, I think it's not bad.
Even at night, the focus is on sushi.
It seems there’s a menu that offers 3 items for just 1,500 yen, including drinks like sake or beer.
If I have the chance, I’d like to visit here at night. That’s how it feels♪
