There was also an open sale, so I didn't assign any points to it m(_)__m
A casual bar that just opened near Matsudo Station. (I usually don’t post reviews continuously, but since this is a new opening and it was an occasion to celebrate the opening, I decided to post a review on short notice.) There were many customers, both previous and current ones, when I visited before 3 p.m.
It seems to be a popular restaurant that focuses on seafood. There are several branches of this restaurant located mainly in Tokyo.
Looking at the menu, it doesn’t seem to be that cheap… I scrolled through it quickly and noticed at the end there was a special menu for the opening anniversary. (The restaurant doesn’t mean anything bad.) Raw items are 199 yen, while high-quality drinks like whiskeys and sawhorses cost 99 yen! By the way, this offer is only valid until October 19th. ← So I rushed to post this.
For now, just raw and served hot! Preamor is okay, but otoji is really delicious☆ It's more like a soup rather than a soy sauce-based dish. The fish has a strong umami flavor, which is really good (^^). It's a blessing that it's on the regular menu.
While transitioning to the "Kaku-hai" style, I added additional ingredients like taco pon vinegar and salmon steaks. On this day, it seemed that the overall order and operations weren't going well. (Almost all customers were foreigners, but there didn't seem to be anyone in charge to manage them.)
I usually eat the octopus with wasabi, but it actually gets along well with ponzu as well. The sliced octopus is served individually, so I usually choose a single portion that I like as a trial order. Is that how it works? (I feel that if the price were a bit higher and there were two portions per person, I would be more satisfied.)
This is a traditional Seawolf lemon-sour cream! It’s quite sour. I really want to mention the pairing… but if I do, I might not be able to drink lemon-sour cream at any seafood restaurant anymore. (Laugh) Additionally, we added yogurt lemon-sour cream later on… so the sourness of each drink complements each other nicely.
This is a selection of 9/10 restaurant reviews. Translate only this segment and maintain the natural flow of the text.
A special dish like this, a combination of seafood and mushrooms fried in oil, is truly delicious! The cooking technique ensures that the oil is well drained, making it suitable for any time of day. This is a great choice!
After the open sale is over, what will happen? In Matsudo, there are some restaurants that specialize in seafood. So, it seems that uniqueness is necessary here, don't you think? ← Sorry for being presumptuous.
