There was a call from Mr. Yoshi, saying that the season of Shinco has arrived! So, the couple decided to visit together.
In recent times, many sushi restaurants offer a seated service for the course. However, here I always get to choose two items I like and have them served one after another, allowing me to enjoy my food in the way I prefer. This counter is truly a symbol of luxury.
A master who is also loved by familiar customers. A representative of a sushi restaurant that is good for everyday use.
Thank you for your hospitality.
I will visit again in the near future.

Finally, Shinako’s invitation came!
In recent times, there are concerns that heavy rains along the Japanese Sea side might affect the fish ecosystem. However, I have finally managed to bring out the Sinco! I received a message from someone and rushed here once again after a long time.
I prefer the traditional style of sushi, where you can eat as much of your favorite items as you like, rather than sushi restaurants that include even the things I dislike in their menus. This restaurant is one of the few places that can offer this kind of service.
Deliciously delicious, I've eaten my fill. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I often ask about this, but whenever I come here, I always forget to take photos...
I like sushi, but when it comes to a full meal, some dishes I don't particularly enjoy may be served. So this is a rare restaurant where you can choose which items you want to have.
The size of the shari portion, the size of the nigiri, and the personality of Mr. Yoshiro.
Whatever you choose, it's up to your preference.
On this day, I ordered this dish, which contains nozuguro and noresore.
The live shrimp that was served by chance was also delicious, and the raw clams were also great!
I received many other things, but I didn't take any photos, so I had a pleasant time.
Thank you for your hospitality.

I received a message from the owner, informing me that this restaurant celebrated its 3rd anniversary in October. I visited the restaurant run by Mr. Yoko.
Sushi is like fast food for me. Yeeza-san’s sushi can be eaten in just about an hour, and it’s really convenient to use.
I also enjoy the taste of the shari, as well as the portion size of the ingredients used in the dish.
On that day, the cod and sea urchins were delicious, so I ate them to my heart's content.
Rather than saying "I want to eat sushi," it feels more like I just want to see Yano-san again. He has the kind of personality that makes you want to see him again.
I will ask again, please.

I visited this place because it was said to have water cod and salted anchovy clouds.
Unlike the course, it's a joy to eat whatever one likes until one is full!
We ordered a seasonal clay pot steamed dish, and also a handmade dish of our choice. This is a restaurant that can be easily visited on a casual basis, as it's something we use daily.
Due to the kind personality of the chef, the restaurant is always bustling, no matter when you visit.
Thank you for your hospitality.

New daughter is also about to become two, and it's a season when new eel and sea scallops are delicious.
I find clouded oyster milky water to be bitter. Since I prefer salted oysters, I called in advance to request these dishes to eat. So, on this day, there were new clams, new squid, and a festival of salted oysters.
The soft texture of the new eel is absolutely outstanding.
According to the review, there was only purple abalone available. However, it was a delicious abalone that left a sweet taste lingering in the mouth. I managed to get 5 kens of it.
A restaurant that allows you to choose whatever you like, in whatever quantity you desire, is a place where satisfaction is high.
Of course, it's about cost-effectiveness and usability. But also, thanks to the personality of the owner, this is a restaurant that not only local gourmets but also many regular customers frequent.
It was good to visit at a time before the typhoon.
Thank you for your hospitality.
Since I use this restaurant as a regular place, I often forget to take photos.
On that day, I had the hairy crab I liked, so I took a photo of it.
The size of the shari, the speed at which it is served, the sudden visit, the personality of the chef, and the easy accessibility make this restaurant a frequent destination.
This is a sushi restaurant located on the second floor of a building, a bit away from Kanagawa and Ishikawa towns.
On Saturdays, it runs from 3 o’clock in the morning until noon on Sundays. It's very convenient for having late lunch on weekends.
It seems that the counter is always filled with regular customers.
Because it was hot during the day, I picked up water celeries while drinking beer.
The vinegar-based shari has salt and texture that suit my preferences perfectly.
On this day, I was left to decide for myself which dishes I wanted to have. I had two types of Kombu-dressed dishes that I liked: a sweet tuna dish, a sturgeon dish, a sweet eel dish, a pomfret dish, a black mullet grilled dish, a wakame roll dish, a white fish dish, a boiled clam and yuzu dish, a shio crab dish, a red shellfish dish, a red-fleshed fish pickled dish, and a salted water oyster dish. The order in which these dishes were served wasn't fixed.
Since there was kama, the kama white-baked yuzu soy sauce was really delicious!
Even though I have visited this place several times, there’s always that delightful interaction with the chef who always forgets to take photos.
On that day too, the chef, who is not fond of soy sauce, opened the salted oysters for me. When he noticed that the first oyster was not very good, he decided to use the second pack instead, without even trying the first one. This shows the serious dedication of the chef.
