I made a reservation for a spot by the Kawachu along the river and came here for the first time.
When the weather is good, you can enjoy your meal while looking at the river. But today it's rainy, so I couldn't go outside. Instead, I had Kyoto cuisine in my room.
Relaxing Banquet [ Kyoto]
⚫︎胡麻豆腐. タコと赤こんにゃく、ゆばまんじゅう
⚫︎Yōzō, Tā no Oshisumushi
The yuba is creamy, and the sashimi is soft and tender.
⚫︎西京焼き
The fish had a thick meat, and it was delicious.
⚫︎湯豆腐
: This Shiso sesame tofu and fragrant sesame tofu comes in bite-sized portions. It was absolutely delicious.
The tofu and accompanying broth were extremely delicious.
⚫︎Summer Vegetables (Eggplant, Manjuji, Corn, Tofu Noodles)
: The cold dishes have softened eggplants, and the broth is outstanding.
⚫︎Jyako Goyaki, Oshincha, Owan (Yukihari-inari)
⚫︎Dessert (Matcha Wabibi Pancakes)
: This dish was topped with plenty of matcha, giving it a sophisticated and adult-like taste.
It was extremely delicious. Thank you to the host for the wonderful meal.
