As the name suggests, it’s sweet, yet it also has a spicy flavor and a hint of bitterness.
It had a smooth texture and was extremely delicious.
Personally, I prefer a more drippy style over something that's just "sara-sara".
I also really liked the popular No.1 Jark Chicken.
The spices are soaked in the marinade overnight and then carefully roasted.
Also recommended are hamburgers that overflow with meat juices.
The grilled duck was so delicious because its umami flavors were perfectly concentrated.
There was also a counter, making it a comfortable place to dine alone. ☺️
