The interior has a casual and homely atmosphere without any decorations.

I visited after 7:00 PM on Saturday, but there was only one other customer and the place was empty.

The customer base consists of middle-aged couples, etc.
The staff members include a rather stern-looking middle-aged man who seems to be the master, one younger middle-aged man.
From the middle of the meal, it was replaced by a younger man and a middle-aged woman.
It seems to be a couple.
It seems that they prefer to be called "Master" rather than "Master Chef".

I ordered a mini sho course, a bottle of beer, and roasted onigiri.
It's understandable that each of these processes takes quite a bit of time. You might want to be prepared for that.
Stir-fry
Meat, radish, carrot, yuba, sliced green onions
It was cooked thoroughly, making it delicious.
Please handle 5 pieces of Omakase Yakiniku.
Hatsu, Bara (salt-miso marinated), Negi-ma, sand liver, ginger rolls arrived.
Basically, it has a salty taste, but there’s also our prideful salt-mashed pickled grilled dish.
Ordinarily delicious
The portion size is quite large.

The masterpiece created by the master after years of research
Outside is crispy, while inside it’s soft.
Due to the use of a long-range fire, it takes 30 minutes to cook. Therefore, you need to plan your order timing carefully.
Grilled Onigiri
Soy sauce-fried simple onigiri
Taste is average.
Seems like it could be used for regular dining occasions.
It seems to be evolving every day, so I look forward to it in the future.
Next time I visit, I would like to order a mini sho course and bonjiru.
