This is a special dish by Anu-san.
What a wonderful macaroon made with onions.
The pastry is made by mixing garlic cloves and skin with the macaron dough, and then it is baked to perfection.
It complements perfectly with the truffle butter inside. I really want to eat as many of them as possible✨️
〇Quanzhou Shirasu Rucola
This is a salad-based appetizer.

The Osho and ricotta cheese dango was absolutely delicious! The combination of fluffy ricotta cheese and the slightly bitter taste of osho was outstanding!
Every dish was prepared with great care, and all of them were delicious!
Especially, the meat is too soft – I’m truly impressed!
The pasta was also delicious, and I was completely satisfied.
It seems that the quality of the bread is also excellent. The purple yam-filled focaccia is soft and chewy, and the butter made with passion fruit has a great flavor. It seems like I could eat bread all day long… lol.
The menu is usually replaced every 1 to 1.5 months✨️
