From the counter, you can see a beautiful courtyard. It's a very elegant and tranquil space.

From the counter where you can see this courtyard, watching Sano大将's beautiful chopping skills makes my body and mind feel cleansed.
General Sano has a very lovely smile, but when he holds a kitchen knife or wields a sushi knife, his expression becomes stern and determined, giving off the aura of a skilled craftsman.

In hot seasons, of course, one would prefer to drink beer at first. However, for the ultimate Trosujiro dish prepared by Major Sano, I would like to pair it with Japanese sake. Therefore, I ordered both beer and Japanese sake right from the start.
Japanese sake, first of all, "Ichikasu Sessai".
The sake selected by General Sano is always extremely delicious, so I leave it entirely to him.
And then, General Sano grabbed the knife, and the cooking process began.

First of all, TRO!
The sweet and sour taste of the tuna fills my mouth, making me feel extremely happy! I am completely captivated by the world of Sano's sushi.
Following the sashimi of tuna and flathead fish, there was also a bite of stone reef shellfish. It had an extremely sweet taste and was delicious.
The Ika's tea bowl steamed food contains a hint of yuzu, which enhances its freshness.
Starting from here, I switched to Japanese sake. First, I tried the "Kinu Shinmei Genza" from Satsuma Keseko. It was delicious, served in a beautiful chocolate container.
