After a long time, I really wanted to eat here, so I went there after work. It was around 6 p.m., so it wasn’t too crowded. But when I left, there were quite a few customers. It seems like this place is really popular.
It must have gotten colder, right? We did something called "crab start." This season, there are things like "snow crab" or other items that reach their peak.
Initially, I ordered sushi made from "kai" fish, which was a limited-time offer.
Red Lobster, 4 pieces per portion(360円)・・見た目も豪華だったので最初に注文しました。シャリの上には、むき身や足の身が4本、かに味噌とレモンが添えられています。本当においしいですね・・。
Kimaneru Cook Supervision Kanjankejjan(400円)・・誰?と思ったら、ユーチューバーさんとのコラボなんですね。醤油ベースの特製ダレ、創作寿司!
生本ずわいかに(160円)・・1本だけだと少し寂しい気もしますが、生の特性であるとろりとした食感です。
Crane meat fried crisp with XO sauce(280円)・・まだ揚がれたての熱々の蟹の身を天ぷらにし、XO醤を添えると、中華風の味わいに!!
So, for now, that's it. The rest of the things are still interesting to consider.
“カボチャの天ぷら”(150円)・・そういえば、天ぷらもありますね。気になります。タッチパネルには「天つゆ0円」と表示されています。もちろん、それを注文します。150円でこれだけの盛り付けがされるのは本当に素晴らしいです。
Kimigurey Cook Supervision Katsuoki Kimchi Mayo(180円)・・「かつお」を漬けにした上に、キムチとマヨネーズを混ぜたものをトッピングしています。これは本当においしい、ちょうど良く合っています。
Comparison of grilled tuna served with natural sea scallops(180円)・・ステーキソースと、さっぱりレモン塩で。
“サーモンアボカド”(180円)・・人気のサーモンに、アボカド・ニンニク・マヨネーズをトッピングした豪華版!!
This time, I was quite satisfied. Sushi-ROO’s sushi really makes me want to eat it all the time!!

I checked the website of Sushi-Ro, and there seemed to be several interesting promotions going on. So, I decided to give it a try. All these promotions are valid until August 27th, so I rushed to post them here…
In a collaboration with Yumelog, we organized an event called "National Famous Restaurants Supervision". This time, we featured ramen restaurants that received high ratings from Yumelog as the supervisors. Additionally, there was another event called "Summer Get Festival", where we offered some great deals on items with interesting ingredients at affordable prices.
ラーメンは3種類あり、それぞれの価格は460円です。
Order is監修:麦の夜明け 帆立×山椒の香りがするラーメン(460円)・・昨年京都にオープンした、行列が絶えない人気店とのことです。蓋を開けると山椒の良い香りがします。帆立醤油スープとの組み合わせで、スープもなかなか美味しいですね。麺は太麺でした。

This dish, "Tenne-taka Toro," might be the most appealing feature of this event. Considering its price of 120 yen, it seems to be quite fatty, so it's a good choice, isn't it?
It's a dish wrapped in tendon and rich sauce. It tastes delicious, but the quantity is a bit limited. If the price is 180 yen, this should be a reasonable portion.
サーモンマウンテン(ネギマグロ入り)が今回一番良かったです。脂がのったサーモンがたっぷりで、ネギマグロやその他の具材も豊富に入っています。匠のすし技による海鮮巻きも素晴らしかったです。太巻きの中にはマグロ、ネギトロ、サーモン、イカ、玉子焼き、穴子、キュウリなどが盛られていました。こんなに豊富な具材が使われている太巻きは本当に美味しかったですね。香ばしく焼けた焼きと梅肉の組み合わせも素晴らしいです。

It was a challenging experience at “Sushi-Ro.” I went there from February 13th (Monday) to 17th (Friday) during the “All Items 10% Off” promotion. From February 15th onwards, there was also the “Crab Festival,” so it was a double celebration day for me.
At around 6 p.m., we still had plenty of time to sit down, but by 6:35 p.m., when we were about to leave, there were already many customers who had been waiting.
Including items from theかに祭り, I ate quite a lot of limited-time products during that period.
“Large Live Clams”¥360・・並みかな?というわけではないが、とろんとした仕上がりで、かなり良かった。
“丸ずわい蟹のかにみそ和え”120円……かにみその量はそれほど多くないけど、120円なら満足感がある。
“この本ズワイ蟹の茶碗蒸し”¥280・・包含有蟹爪、帆立、鸡肉、炸肉饼等。茶碗蒸しは滑らかで、口当たりが良いです。
漬けうに包み(180円)・・180円でこの量の「うに」はかなり満足できる。
“焼きさば”120円・・上面には大根おろしとネギが乗っている。表面の焼き具合は適度である。
“特大のサーラス軍艦”120円……たくさん使われているとは言えないかもしれないが、これだけのシラスが使われているのは満足です。
“マグロ三貫盛”(360円)・・「中とろ」「まぐろ」「ねぎまぐろ」の三貫。中とろとは思っていたよりも良かったかもしれない。
サーモン三貫盛(180 yen)・・“ジャンボとろサーモン”“焼きとろサーモン”“サーモン”の三貫です。とろサーモンは脂が多かったです。
“カボチャ天ぷら”(130円)・・私は天ぷらが大好きです。いつもこれを注文したくなります。5枚入っていて、かなり満足しました。「天つゆ」は「0円」で、こちらもタッチパネルで注文します。レーンではなく、スタッフが直接運んでくれます。
After eating just this much, it was possible to get a 10% discount, resulting in a price of "1,665 yen". I was completely satisfied.
It seems that the ingredients used in the sushi have also improved quite a bit. As a sushi chain that is easy to enjoy, I really want to continue supporting it in the future!!

I visited Sushi-Ro for its second branch in Akihawaka, which opened just on December 24th.
It's a fairly large restaurant, and there are quite a few customers here.
That day, I wanted to enjoy a leisurely meal at home while drinking alcohol. So I checked the restaurant's website and contacted my companion to make arrangements for takeout orders in advance.
Arrived at the restaurant at the scheduled time, I thought I would simply state my name and receive my order from the staff. However, it seems that’s not the case.
For dining inside the restaurant, I didn't ask about the specific process, but it seems that we were given the items we had reserved in advance.
At that time, (in case of a phone order), you can enter your phone number at the self-service checkout. The amount will be displayed, and then you can settle the bill.
“お持ち帰り商品引き換え券”が発行されます。その券のQRコードを「持ち帰り受け取りロッカー」の読み取り口にかざします。ロッカーが開いて注文の品が入っていて、持ち帰る感じです。店員さんと接触する場面はありませんね。ただし、今回「天ぷら」も注文していたので、「別の場所で保管している商品がありますので、従業員がまいります。」という表示が出て、店員さんが天ぷらを持ってきてくれて、無事退店しました(笑)。慣れると楽ですが、最初はちょっと戸惑いますね(汗・・)

Winter Delicious Set... As a set from this restaurant, the price is quite reasonable. It is available for sale until January 3rd. The menu includes: top salted salmon, awabi, fresh salmon, top number of seafood, boiled Japanese lobster, extra-large jumbo turban squid, special seafood dredge, large shrimp, fwoo tooro stew, and one whole piece of soft-shelled clam. In total, there are 9 courses.
Indeed, it's a special version for the end of the year and the beginning of the new year. The ideas behind the menu were satisfactory, but how much does it cost?
The whole shrimp tempura with yuzu sauce and chili is really fragrant with the scent of yuzu. The pumpkin tempura was just average...
Starting from tomorrow, the 30th, and continuing until January 3rd, a new product called “Zen no Ketsu Set” will be available. This set includes more luxurious ingredients, and it comes in a package of 3 servings for 8,480 yen.
In the streets, it seems that reservations for Osechi (a traditional Japanese New Year’s gift) are also receiving positive feedback. During this year’s New Year’s holiday, various companies have launched products that are a bit more expensive, with an emphasis on meeting the demand for “home-cooked” products.
As the year begins, once the chaos subsides, I plan to try eating inside the restaurant as well.
