Previously, a friend who writes restaurant reviews told me about a pot with a good appearance for medicinal cuisine. When I mentioned that there was such a pot, I decided to go and check it out. I made a reservation through the restaurant review website and finally visited this restaurant, the Korean-style Café Ushinabe Center!

In the pot, there are piles of frozen beef brisket, and on top of them, radishes stand like clouds!

When the meat became very hot and began to break apart, a female staff member carefully explained the benefits of red plums, pine nuts, white sesame seeds, kuko fruits, and shijimi sake, while she added these ingredients into the pot.
The staff member said that the spiciness was minimal. So, after trying it, I found that indeed, its taste was quite mild, contrary to its appearance.
The meat brisket has a high amount of fat, which seeps out into the pot. It feels good when it mixes with the vegetables, and it tastes delicious.
I wanted a more spicy taste, so I asked the staff if they could increase the spiciness. They said they could do that, so I had the spiciness increased.
※The service includes 120 minutes of unlimited drinks (90 minutes LO), but since I wanted to drink mackoris, I paid an extra fee and drank a lot of mackoris.
The menu offers both Sari noodles and miso soup. Since I wanted to enjoy both,

The pot had rich flavorful broth, and even after it was seasoned with a spicier sauce, both dishes were extremely delicious!
