【Use Cases】
Tonight, I decided to visit Yaeko, a store known for its lemon sours. Attracted by the signboard that read “Specialty Lemon Sour Shop,” I entered Yaeko. There were a variety of lemon soures available. Some were truly outstanding, while others required a bit more thought before choosing. Perhaps this is just the joy of a casual bar, where you can try different options.

【Charming Features】
位于东京站八重洲这一黄金地段的“柠檬苏打专卖店”——八重洲商店。正如其名所示,这里的柠檬苏打产品种类繁多,光是为了品尝这些产品而光临此地,就已经具有了价值。
The cuisine here seems to be a mix of good and not-so-good dishes. Among them, the standout of that day was “true tuna kubota-yaki.” The fat was refreshing and delicious, and it was served with great care, ensuring every last bit was enjoyed. The stew was also excellent, with a balanced combination of sauce and egg yolks.
On the other hand, depending on the menu, preferences may vary. Especially for bonito sashimi, unfortunately, it had a strong odor this time. As for live bonito shellfish, I decided not to give any evaluations for this dish.
Nevertheless, in this vibrant atmosphere, one can enjoy a variety of lemon sours while trying to distinguish between good and bad choices. This is precisely the charm of a popular bar. The main attraction here is, of course, the lemon sours. If you approach it that way, you’ll definitely have a great time.
Thank you for your hospitality. The turbot kabuto was definitely a hit.
