I want to eat delicious sushi that isn't rotated.
收到这样的请求后,我会在梅田地区搜索合适的餐厅。
Just found a restaurant with just the right atmosphere.
At Building 3, we have a small lunch before heading towards the restaurant.
It was a very hot day, so we walked through the underground street or went under the arcades to take the shortest route.
The restaurant is located on the 5th floor of a building called Costa Stazione.
There is a POP in front of the elevator, so it doesn’t seem like there will be any concerns about passing by it.
Ascending to the 5th floor and heading towards the restaurant, a person from the restaurant was waiting for me.
After stating the reservation information, they guided me to a seat.
The interior appears to have floors 5 and 6.
This time, I was guided to a counter seat on the 6th floor, directly in front of the master chef.
Now, there’s even more fun to enjoy while viewing it!
First, let's start with raw beer.
This is the Asahi Premium Training Line.
A beautiful glass without any unnecessary bubbles, making it look absolutely delicious.
So, let's toast together~~♪
Pufaa~, really delicious! It's top-notch.
The menu includes five types of appetizers served together.
It looks great, with a appearance that is typical of early summer.
It feels clean and refreshing; my appetite improves.
Ah, the shellfish was absolutely delicious! I almost said "I want another one," but that's a secret.
The child who went with me also likes shellfish. She said that even without talking, it's still delicious.
The appetizers are quite good.
This is certainly something worth hoping for~.
Just as the appetizers were about to be served, they brought out the sashimi.
I wanted to enjoy this with sake, so I chose Akita's Ichibu Mizutoku Shinnomi Ginza.
Rather than being classified as a "Da Injo," I think "Junmi Injo" would be a more suitable term for this sake.
The sashimi can be enjoyed with salt, wasabi, soy sauce, and various other options.
First, let's enjoy it with salt.
White meat, fresh and crisp.
Um, really delicious.
I drink the sake as soon as it comes out.
It turns out to be exactly as I predicted.
This is an excellent pairing.
This dish pairs perfectly with Japanese sake.
This dish captures the rich flavor of fish through Japanese sake.
This Japanese sake is truly outstanding.
The sake here retains its freshness, and it was in excellent condition.
Next, it was time for sushi.
Let's start with the octopus dish.
Looking at the tableware, isn't it red?
Red vinegar, huh.
By the way...
“Please enjoy the Edo-style sushi prepared with passion by craftsmen who have trained under some of Tokyo’s top restaurants, such as Ginza, Akasaka, and Bamboo Tenban.”
The chef in front of me taught me a lot of things.
While pondering these thoughts, I enjoy sushi and sake.
Since there is no Japanese sake left, next I decided to try Yakushiman Yichiyouan (rice).
According to the website
A delicate and elegant aroma, with a rich taste of rice and a refined aroma reminiscent of light Japanese sake. It has a refreshing finish that allows one to fully appreciate the flavors.
When broken down with water, the sharpness of alcohol is eliminated, turning it into a mild alcoholic beverage.
Exactly as described. It was my first time drinking it, but it felt good.
It pairs well with Japanese cuisine.
The rich umami of the rice and the delicate aroma of the sake can be felt. It matches perfectly with sushi.
Also, abalone was served, which made me feel the vibe of summer.
I was reminded of the time I ate a bonito stew during the fireworks festival.
The gold decorations were also quite nice.
After the first portion of sushi service ends, it's time for small dads.
What a wonderful combination! It turned out to be an exquisite small bowl containing ikura, kombu, and caviar.
It's a trio of umami flavors.
My brain is filled with blissful thoughts, swirling endlessly.
Next up is the presentation of Katsu-yu-an-yaki and lemon stew with sweet potatoes.
This dish is paired with "Spring Deer" – a highly spicy pure rice wine.
Aromas de miel exquisentes y una textura suave que realmente no se puede resistir.
It really complements grilled fish perfectly.
The taste of the dishes has improved significantly.
The tea bowl steamed food is now served.
It wasn’t the tea bowl steamed food that I usually expect.
Cloud Dan is clearly visible.
It seems to be a tea bowl stew made with steamed abalone and lily root, topped with tea leaf filling.
The flavor of cloud tofu is truly outstanding.
The flavor was cool and pleasant.
The finishing touch appears now.
This is a vinegar dish featuring scallops and grapefruit.
The sour taste is quite pleasant.
It seems like you want to rest for a while before enjoying the next sushi.
The sushi comes from a naturally caught tuna.
Looking at the sushi, it's clear that the knife has been used skillfully to prepare it in the perfect manner.
It's a skilled craftsmanship, isn't it?
Delicious!!
Every piece of sushi was absolutely delicious.
I really felt like I could order more of my favorite types of scallops and shrimp, without any limits. (Laughter)
Next, a scroll appeared.
This dish consists of thinly sliced pork and precious ingredients.
Am I already full and able to eat more?
And, that was what I thought… but it turned out to be a mistake.
I ate it together with the red broth.
Finally, the dessert.
It was a fruit arrangement.
Wow, isn't this a real favorite delicacy—melon?
I ate it right away.
Also, I need to go to Furano and eat some melon thoroughly.
While thinking about such things, I finished eating everything.
I had a great time eating and drinking to my heart's content.
Before I realized it, the restaurant was already completely full.
The counter seats were mostly occupied by couples.
Is there a lot of people who use this place for dates?
The rooms on the 5th floor also seem to be quite crowded.
By the way, the chef was vigorously making sushi at that time.
Regardless, it seems to be a popular restaurant.
If I ever feel the urge to eat delicious sushi again, I won’t miss visiting this place.
As I stepped outside the restaurant, I heard the sound of drums, dong-dong, dong-dong.
From Oshin Tenkou.
Curious about it, I decided to stop by and take a look...
It seemed like they were practicing for a festival.
It's a pleasure to celebrate the summer festival.
