A New Year’s Eve party with 7 friends… This time, we visited this restaurant. It’s a popular place where people are often served omelets made with organ meat, a type of organ dish that I often see mentioned in TV shows these days. We were eagerly requested by our drinking companions, so we decided to visit.
I booked a "5500 yen course with unlimited drinks." First, we ordered our favorite wines to toast each other! Then, let's start with the grilled meat!
Basically, the staff will cook the ingredients themselves. First, they will roast the meat on both sides until there are charred spots. It tastes quite nice, and it helps to get drunk while eating it. Then, for the main course, they add beef liver and onions to the dish. Additionally, they add cabbage, mung beans, and other vegetables. Around the edges, there’s beef brisket, and in the center, plenty of kelp. After adding the broth, you wait until it’s fully cooked. Once it’s softened, you can start eating.
First, just enjoy it as it is… The compatibility between vegetables and hormones is, of course, remarkable. The extract from seaweeds really hits the spot, making it extremely delicious! There are sweet soy sauce and vinegar-based sauces available, but the vinegar-based sauce is definitely the best! Adding black pepper adds an extra kick to the flavor. With the addition of vegetables, everyone ate without much conversation… It was a truly excellent dish that exceeded expectations. The final dish consisted of thick seaweed noodles and a miso soup with anchovy sauce. Both were delicious, but personally, I prefer the miso soup.
I had planned to have a New Year’s Eve party where we could comfort our liver with shiji미. However, most of the people drank far more alcohol than the effect of shiji미 could be expected… Lol. It was actually quite delicious!
