During this period, due to the chaos caused by COVID-19, many places were in a state of self-quarantine, and it was difficult to even conduct restaurant-review activities.
If it's a very short period of time, I thought it would be relatively safe and reliable to use it. So, I tried using it. w
The restaurant also displayed menus on its food review website, making it easy to understand and showing that efforts are recognized. w
The phone service was good, I think. w
The location is located a little to the east of the road along the railway line, on the north side of the Funabashi Station.
A restaurant with a long entrance on the street.
Upon entering, there are counter seats on the right side, small upper seating areas on the left side, and table seats.
It's a restaurant with a quite large space and a lot of seats.
I mainly ordered the Ten-don bento this time, so I will review it here. w
On top of the rice that has stood up and become glossy and firm after being cooked,
There are various types of spring chrysanthemum tempura served here.
This is really nice, isn't it?
This is a luxurious menu with chicken, shrimp, pumpkin, and eggplant dishes served together in a one-pot hot pot.
The tempura has a crispy coating, and even after some time, the crispy parts remain intact.
Generally, it’s a bit different from the usual "ten-don bento" that people often have.
The sauce has a high concentration, a brown color, and is relatively small in quantity.
There isn’t any issue with the taste either, huh.
The ingredients are sufficient, there are no significant drawbacks, and the rice is delicious.
At 590 yen including tax, I think they’re doing quite well. w
We tried eating a little bit of Momiji Don.
The eggs have a semi-moist texture, with a significant portion still soft and creamy. They are also very shiny.
The chicken is tender, cooked to a moderate degree, and there is no strong chicken smell.
Below, there are quite a few onions that have absorbed the flavor well.
The rice was generously coated with a slightly mild sauce, evenly spread all over it.
Using a spoon to eat it also seems appropriate, don’t you think? w
The sauce is poured in plenty, but the rice has not turned mushy.
It's cooked perfectly, just right.
There are many things that make me feel concerned, but it's a kind of happy feeling when I eat Parent-Child Dinner. w
Since it's a chain restaurant, I didn't really expect much from it.
In a good way, it exceeded my expectations. It had a solid taste, and I was quite surprised. w
After all, you can't really understand until you actually go to the restaurant, right? (‘’b
