The title doesn't mean anything. On this day, for the first time in a long time, I went to Bikuri Sushi. I had it prepared by the chef I usually go to.

On this day, I had lunch with my son at the sushi counter. Currently, the counter has been significantly reduced in size. However, the sushi chef who works there still retains the old-fashioned charm that makes people feel good when interacting with him. ♡

Since 30 years ago, it has maintained the same atmosphere—a truly amazing sushi place. I’ll definitely come here again! ♪

The counter seats actually have plenty of space, but there are only six chairs available, with just one person working at the counter. It’s a big space, yet it’s not utilized properly. Maybe we could make the unused areas of the counter reservation-based spaces, and offer only courses instead of regular meals. That way, people might come over. Also, if they could serve champagne, I would visit frequently. Anyway, I hope they will try their best.

This restaurant has a rich history and many connections. It was once so popular that it seemed like no one didn’t know about it. I really hope it can thrive again, just like in the past when it was extremely popular. Currently, there’s a lot of competition from rotary sushi and takeout sushi businesses, which is quite challenging. But maybe we should make use of its location near Daibai Station. We could create tables with affordable prices, or even offer high-end reservation-based sushi courses at the counter. Or maybe we could set up a takeout area where customers can dine while still maintaining the current format. Additionally, we could add more menu options similar to rotary sushi. As for other items in the restaurant, considering the family structure in Kōbukita New Town, having fried potatoes would definitely attract more families. We could also set up tables inside booths. Thank you for your hospitality.
After a long time, I decided to go to Bikuri Sushi for a lunch.

On this day, I had something urgent that required me to stay at home. So, after a long time, I called "Bikuri Sushi" and ordered takeout. I asked for a delivery at a specified time, and the food was brought to me when I got back from work.

I ate it together with the sake I have at home. I'm full. Bikukuri Sushi offers tempura, stews, and grilled dishes in the store, so it can be eaten as a side dish. Thank you for the delicious meal.
This restaurant has many fond memories from the past, and I really hope they can keep going with their efforts. Actually, it's the first time since the fire that I ordered takeout. Maybe this will be the last time I do it… Umm. Would it have been better if I had ordered at the counter? No, I've often ordered takeout before. But I'll definitely come back and order again. Keep up the good work! The bonito was delicious.

While the restaurant is taking measures like building separate walls and increasing the spacing between seats, they have also introduced an alcohol ban. It seems like there's no other option but to order takeout and enjoy the food at home. I ordered all the sushi with a small shari. It's nice to be able to enjoy such delicious food at home, but still, I really wish I could sit at the counter and drink while enjoying sushi, sashimi, and tempura.
After leading a life filled with high-fat alcohols for decades, I ended up staying in the hospital for two weeks (;_;). One day after being released back to the real world, it was a long time since I last ate out. I went to eat sushi—something I hadn’t done in a while. I tried to eat something low in fat and enjoyed the meal.

Today, as it was a stay-home day, I decided to try the take-out sushi. I asked for only small portions of shari, so even though I ordered a large quantity, I managed to finish it all (for 3 adults). =^.^= It was delicious. I think stores with large boxes can be quite challenging, but I hope they will keep trying hard. I’ll definitely order again. (о´∀`о)
I tried ordering takeout for a late lunch and an early dinner during the week. The items included sashimi, handmade sushi, and rolled sushi. Everything was absolutely satisfactory (^^). When cooking and washing dishes at home, it usually falls on the wife to do all of this. But with takeout, everything can be eaten quickly, and the waste is just thrown into the trash bin. So, it’s a great way to avoid getting upset about things like this ψ(`∇´)ψ

After a long time, I went there with my family.
The counter used to be impossible to occupy easily, but now it’s completely empty. It makes me want to cheer for them even more.
The live sashimi of small shrimp was extremely delicious, with the liver included. I really hope they will offer options like bottles of Asahi beer for drinks, or champagne for wines in their menu.
Today, due to the severe pain from my back injury from a week ago and the hip injury from yesterday, I took a more gradual approach to walking the distance that I usually cover in 6 minutes. However, out of a desire for alcohol, I decided to visit Sushi for the first time in a long time. I managed to sit down at the counter and eat all my food, filling my stomach completely. Unfortunately, I didn’t even get to have the sushi made for me before paying the bill. _-′Θ′-_
Once upon a time, I often visited Shin Ishikawa and Mikka-yama. It was always extremely crowded there; waiting for an hour was a common occurrence. However, despite the busy atmosphere, the craftsmen would carefully prepare delicious sushi and tsumami. They could offer innovative and creative dishes at reasonable prices. That’s why I really wanted to go there again. But due to various adult-related issues, the management changed several times over the years, and that’s how things have come down to now. It’s been a long time since I last visited. This time, I decided to ask for a souvenir.
If I can experience the same kind of happiness as during the one-hour wait, then maybe there will be more people there again.
